I tried a new AI tool called The Influencer AI. This tool creates consistent character AI influencers for content creation.
- You can either create a brand-new influencer with a custom look.
- Or you can create your AI clone.
Let me show you how it works, my results, and my overall opinion of a tool like this.

My Experience
To create your AI influencer, all you need to do is sign up for The Influencer AI.

Then pick one of these options:

In this tool, you can:
- Create a custom influencer with a custom look from scratch.
- Clone yourself and create images of you doing anything.
- Pick a pre-built model.
- Also, you can create a product to sell.
In this guide, I will focus mostly on the first two options.
I started by building an AI influencer from scratch.

As I did this, the tool then asked me to specify the characteristics for the influencer.

I gave my influencer my name. I gave it characteristics that would resemble me.
Here’s the influencer’s image that I just created.

I liked it, so I clicked “Create AI Influencer” to start the journey.

It took about 4 minutes for the AI to create my influencer profile.

Remember to refresh the page to view the ready-made influencer page.

Once the influencer is ready, you can start creating content with it.
For example, here I’ve told the AI to create an image of my influencer “Chilling at the beach”.

After 30 seconds or so, here are the results I got:

Isn’t it cool?
Those look exactly like my influencer did. So the character remains consistent very well.
But I wanted to get a full-body shot.
To customize your influencer images, you can drop a reference image into the view.
For example, I chose one from Unsplash:

Then I told the AI to create an image that resembles the one I had in mind.
Here’s what I got:

Here’s the full image:

Isn’t that cool?
If the image quality isn’t good enough, you can always upscale the image to make it sharper.

Nonetheless, let’s move on to the video generator.
The Influencer AI can not only create photos with your influencer but also basic videos.
To do this, go to “Create new video” in the Videos tab.

To create a video, you can choose a base image. The AI will then turn this base image into a video, which is a “continuation” of what happens in the image.

Here’s how I did it. I chose one of the new AI beach images. I then asked the AI to turn it into a 10-second clip with “Man walking in the beach”.

I thought that there’s no way this is going to work in any reasonable form.
But I was wrong! Look at this clip that it created for me:
That is so good! It looks realistic and well-shot.
I also noticed that you can add a lip-sync to your clips, that is, you can make your AI influencer say whatever you want it to.

But to be fair, this didn’t work that well. There’s still some development that AI has to go through to make stuff like this work.
But now, let’s leave this AI influencer alone, because there’s something even more impressive I just had to try: That is, the “Your AI Clone” feature.
This feature lets you upload a bunch of selfies for the AI to learn what you look like. Then it will create headshots and other types of photos that look exactly like you in any environment.

To create your clone, first, specify your details. Then upload a bunch of images to the AI.

Here are some images I used:

Once your clone is ready, you can create photos and videos of yourself! This is pretty cool.

Here’s the first AI photoshoot that I did:

Isn’t that cool?
One thing I noticed is that with some images, the resolution might not be good. There are two options to deal with this.
First, you can use the upscaler feature, built into The Influencer AI.

But the problem with this is that sometimes you might get artificially smooth outputs.
For example, look at this image that I just created and scaled up:

If you zoom in closer, you can see that it’s way too smooth to be real skin. In fact, it looks like a painting the closer you look at it.
To battle this, you can always use a tool like Canva to sharpen your photos with the easy controls.

To be honest, I think the latter gives you better results. Yes, it’s 30 seconds of extra effort, but it might be worth it.
Also, if you’re posting these on social platforms, you can use the image editors there to sharpen your images, too!
Speaking of edits, The Influencer AI has a bunch of AI editing options you can use to modify your photos.
To try these, click “Edit photo” at one of your images.

For example, here I told the AI to make it a sunset.

Here’s the result:

Pretty cool, huh? Although in this particular shot, it looks like I’ve also spent the entire day in the sun without sunscreen.
Another super useful feature is the “Try on clothes” feature. This lets you wear any clothes on your AI influencer/clone.
For example, I wen to Unsplash to find images of clothes:

Just drop an image of a piece of clothing and let the AI take care of the rest.

Here I’ve dropped an image of a cool-looking shirt into the view:

But the tool said that I have to have my whole body visible to wear it.

So I had to pick another image:

And here’s the result:

That’s epic, isn’t it? It looks, at least by a quick look, exactly like the original piece of clothing. Also, the image looks exactly like me.
Then, let’s try the AI video feature on my AI clone. This is the part I’m most excited about.

First, the tool asks you to crop the video frame.

Then, you need to specify the duration of the video and tell what you want to see in it.
For example, I did a 5-second clip of “Me walking on the beach”.

Here’s the result:
I mean, c’mon, isn’t that incredible? I would have called myself crazy had I imagined stuff like this a couple of years ago.
Now, let’s see how complex scenes the AI can create.
I’ll try to make another video, but this time with me running on the beach with a bunch of dogs.

Here’s the prompt I used:

And here’s the result:
Ok, that failed.
First, it looks like I’m waiting for the dogs, but then my hair covers my face, and it looks like I’m partly facing forward and partly backward.
Clearly, the complex scenes cause some trouble for the AI.
To make the best videos, I think you should be “continuing” what is already happening in the base image. That way, the AI has the best chance to nail it.
For example, this beach clip looks nice:
However, even if you do that, the more movement and complex stuff there is going on, the less accurate the videos you will get.
For example, here are a couple of clips where I asked the AI to create a video of me throwing a disc golf disc.
To be honest, I don’t know what’s happening in those videos, but one thing’s for sure: I am not throwing a disc golf disc…
Nonetheless, this is something I didn’t expect these tools to nail just yet. I have never seen them getting even close. So maybe we need to give it a year or two more for more complex stuff.
But for basic use, The Influencer AI is great. You can wear any clothes, place yourself anywhere, and more. It’s a lot better than I anticipated.
Pros
- Easy Setup. You just sign up, pick an option, and you’re ready to create your influencer or clone in minutes.
- Consistent Character. The AI does a surprisingly good job of keeping the character’s look the same across different images. This character consistency is a problem in many tools, but The Influencer AI seems to have nailed it.
- Fast Generation. Most photos took less than a minute to create, which is quite fast for me, since I’ve tested other similar tools that take much longer.
- Surprisingly Good Video. Simple video clips look very realistic and are smooth enough to fool someone. You need to pay close attention to the videos if you want to spot that it’s AI-generated.
- Impressive Try-On Feature. You can make your influencer realistically wear almost anything. Just drop a piece of clothing into the view and tell the AI to make the influencer wear it.
- Built-In Editing Tools. You can tweak lighting, backgrounds, and more without leaving the platform by telling the AI how to edit the images.
- Image Upscaler Included. Even if the default resolution isn’t great, you have tools to improve image quality.
- Futuristic Experience. Seeing yourself (or your influencer) walking on the beach or posing in new outfits is epic!
Cons
- Complex Video Scenes Fail. The more moving parts you try to add (like running with dogs), the more likely you’ll end up with strange results.
- Overly Smooth Upscaling. Sometimes the AI-enhanced photos look painted rather than realistic.
- Clunky Lip-Sync. Making your clone talk is possible, but because the feature is not quite there yet, it still feels awkward.
- Low Resolution. Some images come out too low in resolution, which makes it hard to see your face. The upscaler might help, but not always.
- Motion in Video. Anything beyond a simple movement or scene often completely breaks down into weird, uncanny AI animations.
Pricing

- Starter ($19/month): 100 credits, 1 custom influencer, 5-second videos, no advanced features.
- Creator ($39/month): 250 credits, 3 custom influencers, 5-second videos, includes personalized influencers and product photos.

To Take Home
The Influencer AI is a surprisingly good and easy tool if you want to create an AI version of yourself or create a virtual influencer.
It’s fast, fun to experiment with, and can produce impressively realistic photos and simple videos in minutes.
Complex scenes, detailed motion, and lip-syncing still have a long way to go, though.
But for basic content, posing in different outfits, traveling to any background, or making short clips already works better than you might expect.
