Step-by-Step Guide
To create a business card, you can use a tool like Wisery.io.
Let me show you a step-by-step guide on how to set it up.
1. Sign Up
First, head over to Wisery.io’s homepage. This is the business card editor we’ll be using in this post.

Then choose “Try business cards”.

2. Pick a Theme
Pick a theme from the template library. I went with the sample theme of. “Thomas Garcia”.

3. Answer Onboarding Questions
Then answer a couple of basic questions.

4. See Your Page
Then you will see a page that looks like this.

This is the Business Page editor. This is the page where you can lead people to with your digital business card that you’ll create later on in this guide.
5. Customize URL
Then, customize the URL of your page. For example, I called my URL “artturijalli” after my name.

Here’s the updated page URL. It looks a lot nicer now, instead of the random numbers that the tool created.

6. Upload Your Image
Then you can upload an image of yourself to the page.

Use the cropping tool to make your face bigger or smaller as per your requirements.

You’ll always see a preview of your business card on the right-hand side of the editor. For example, my card looks like this now:

7. Add Blocks
After setting your image, name, and basic information, don’t forget to check the “Blocks” section on the left-hand side.

This opens up a bunch of content block options you can add to your business page.
For example, I have buttons for Website, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter on the card.

Also, I added a “Business Card” content block to the card so that people who visit this page can save my business card to their contacts.

As the last step, I added my Contact details to the bottom of the page:

After this step, the page is almost ready.
You can publish it if you think it looks good, but you can also do the Design customizations if you want to.
8. Redesign
To touch the design, click on “Design” from the left-hand side:

For example, I tweaked the button borders, changed the color gradients, and changed the shapes of the buttons.

9. Publish Your Page
After the design customizations, you can publish your business page.

10. Share It
Once you’ve published your page, you’ll see a view like this:

You can copy-paste the URL from this view and visit the page.
On a desktop device, your business page looks something like this:

On mobile, it looks like this:

That’s how you create a simple business page.
11. Create Business Card with QR Code
There’s one more thing you need to do: Create the business card.
Go to the “Business cards” section of the page and click on “Create business card”.

Then fill in the basic information. You can use the same details as you used on the business page, or if you want to create a separate card, use different details.
The business card will show on the right-hand side as you enter your details.

Then, choose what you want people to do when they get your card.
You can either make it possible to add the details from the card to their contact list from the QR code.

Or you can redirect the QR code to show your business page you just created in the previous steps.

12. Save to Wallet
To use your card efficiently, save it to your iOS/Android wallet. First, click on the buttons based on your device type:

Then your mobile device will visit the business card page. Click on “Add” to add the card to your wallet.

After this step, you can add your mobile wallet (on iOS, double-tap the on/off button), and you will see your business card there.

This is handy because now you can share the card anywhere without even opening up the device. Just double-tap the on/off button in an event, and you can share the QR card with anyone–just let them scan it.
I made my business card redirect the traffic to my business page, where people can then add me to their contacts.

Isn’t that cool? There’s no need for paper business cards or pages anymore. It saves nature and just works better.
To recap, first, you created a business page. Then you created a business card that leads to that business page.
Hope you liked it. Thanks for reading! 🙂
