Jasper has a versatile list of tools for creating all kinds of content. My review focuses on the blog post writing feature only, so I only got a glimpse of Jasper’s potential.
So from the “Apps” menu, I chose the blog post writing tool.
Jasper provides a short introduction to the tool (or “app”) and the best use cases for it.
This is the dashboard. You can tailor the blog post to match your writing style and target audience by selecting the following settings.
You can save different “Brand voices” to create branded content and set them to be visible for people in your team/company. Selecting these settings will make the output more accurate and personal. Jasper also supports multiple languages; I was even able to generate text in my native language Finnish.
Here is the first draft of the blog post generated. I didn’t provide many details except for the title, everything else was created by Jasper.
While creating your content, you have access to Jasper Chat that supports you in writing. It can also do web searches for up-to-date research and citations for your post.

To Take Home
Jasper AI is an AI writing assistant platform aimed at marketers, writers, and teams who want to produce content faster. It comes with an impressive library of templates for everything from blog posts and social media captions to ad copy and emails.
I tested Jasper mainly for blog post writing purposes, meaning I only explored one of its many features, and will base my review on that experience.
I didn’t provide much context for the AI, such as customizing my brand voice, so I expected the output to be quite general. Some other AI tools tend to produce text with a very heavy AI tone, but Jasper was able to generate more natural, human-sounding text for my post. At first, the wide selection of use cases can feel overwhelming for the inexperienced writer, but upon signing up, Jasper guides you through a quick tutorial on how to use its features.
In my opinion, it was one of the best tools I’ve tested for creating long-form content as an individual writer and it would be interesting to test out it’s other features.
