My Results

You can start the writing process by just jotting down the ideas you have for your story with the “Braindump” feature. Or you can paste in something you’ve already written and let the AI continue with the “Write” feature.

For the sake of testing, I wrote down the beginning of a story about a puppy named Nakki. Then I asked the AI to continue writing with the “Write” feature. The feature works best for a minimum of 20 words to keep your personal writing style and context.

The tool is not meant for writing a story FOR you, but to assist you with your writing. The more text you provide, the better.

When Story Bible is toggled on, the tool has multiple fields where you can customize writing. You can add characters, genres or different outlines.

I wanted to bring my character, Kasper the Ghost, into the story. Since I was going for a horror vibe, I switched the genre to horror.

Overall, I’m impressed by the text written by AI, but it clearly lacks personality. This is because I hardly provided any of my own writing for it to learn my personal style from.

I was able to tweak its writing style by using the Story Bible features, and if I had provided more characters, storylines, and other details, the story could have been more personalized.
