Now, let me show you how to create a similar clip for your needs.
First, open up Fiverr Go.
Then choose the Music & Audio option from the Explore tab.
This opens up a view with AI voice actors and their sample audio clips.
Pick any one of these to continue based on what sounds best for your use case. There are a lot of voices available!
In case you didn’t know, Fiverr is the best freelance platform out there, and their top voice actor freelancers have trained these AI voices. That’s why you see those profile pictures and names on each AI voice. Also, there, you can see the pricing.
For my use case, I found English Voice Over by Sekoyya the most promising one.

Enter your script in this view:
I used a sample script of about 100 words where I talked about ChatGPT and how to use it to create epic images.
Then, click the send button and wait for a while. It took about 30 seconds for the AI to create 80 seconds of audio.
Also, I noticed a small issue here. Fiverr claims the result is ready while the AI still renders the audio. If this happens, just wait for the AI to complete.
Once your audio clip is ready, you can listen to it. You can create new ones for entirely free as many times as you want. Try different inputs and actors as you need.
Once you’re ready, click on “Continue” to get your audio clip in the best format.
At this step, it prompts you to order the audio from the freelancer whose voice you just used.
Once you’ve entered your details and placed the order, you can download the audio clip immediately.
But here’s where it gets to a completely different level.
You can also request edits on the audio by clicking the “Request and edit” button.
To make changes, click “Ask for an edit” at the bottom of this page:

For example, here are the edits I asked for:
I told him to make it a bit faster and remove the last sentence if needed, and I asked to add some nice background music to it, too.

Cons
- Gets expensive. This tool is good but expensive. If you use the more expensive creators, ask for custom edits, and such, it will get really pricey quickly!
- A bit laggy. This Fiverr AI voice platform is still in beta version. That’s why some UI features might lag and feel like a bootstrapped startup UI.

The pricing ranges. Based on my research, the actors cost between $5 and $100 for 30 seconds of AI-generated audio.

Murf uses state-of-the-art AI algorithms to generate voice. Due to clever AI algorithms, the tool can regenerate your speech in the right tone with punctuations like question marks and exclamation points in mind.
Murf has a great audio editor that is easy to use and beginner-friendly. In addition, the audio editor allows you to sync up nicely with video, music, or images.

First of all, you can get a free trial by clicking the “Open Studio” button on the homepage.
Then sign up. I used Google to save clicks (as I usually do.)
Then I highly recommend testing the Gen 2 version. This is even more realistic and quicker than the traditional version.
Then create a new project.
Then just copy-paste some text to this view:
I recommend splitting the script by sentences. This makes it easier when post processing the audio generated with the AI.
Here’s my script. As you can see, it’s now split into 6 separate sections. You can play each section with the play button on the right. To play the whole thing, just click the play button at the bottom of the page.
One cool feature on Murf is that you can create a video for your voice too.
Just choose the “Add Media” option to do this.
Then you can either upload a video of your own or use a Stock video from Pexels:
Once you’ve inserted your video, you can crop it to match the video.

Similar to the other tools on this list, this is an online-based tool that you can use with just an internet connection.
This tool uses AI to produce human-like voices from the text. Lovo is a useful tool for audio ads, e-learning, audiobooks, and video games.

Let me show you how to use Lovo AI and what kinds of results you can expect from it.
First, you can get a free trial by opening the homepage and clicking “Start now for free.”
Then just sign up. You can use Google to save clicks.
Then choose what you want to do. I’ll use the AI Voice and Video feature:
Then just copy-paste some text into the text field that opens up.
Then just hit the play button below to play the AI voice.
Oh, and one thing I was confused by was that the play button didn’t work.
Instead, you need to click the generate button next to the text field where your script is.
After this, it creates the voice that you can then play.
You can get a realistic expectation by listening to this speech that I created.
If you want to, you can change the voice too. By default, it’s Benjamin. But you can click the actor to select from a big list of voices.
There are lots of voices for different use cases, at different ages, and such.
Then don’t forget to tweak the other audio settings too. For example, you can make the voice quicker or slower by clicking the time icon. You can also create a fade-in/out effect.
Oh, and if you want to include some visuals to accompany your voice, use the AI generator feature from the left.
This allows you to create visuals simply by describing them.
Lastly, if you want to show a video while playing your audio, import one into your media library.
You can also choose one from the Pixabay free video library that’s integrated into this tool.
Then just crop and cut the video to match your speech.

Pros
- A free trial that’s easy to use and quite comprehensive.
- The voices sound realistic (although a bit bassy sometimes).
- You can add a video (and edit it) to match your speech — this allows for creating short movies, ads, demos, etc.
- Supports multiple languages, and there are tons of AI voices to choose from.
Cons
- Pricey for irregular users
- Some voice skins are not there yet. For example, some non-English languages sound robotic.
- The UI was a bit confusing at first, but that’s not really a big problem with such a cool tool.
5. Listnr
Listnr is another cool text-to-speech tool that uses AI to produce human-like voices.
All this happens in seconds with the online editor.
Listnr also has a really handy audio player embed feature. This makes it possible to add an AI-generated voiceover to your blog posts with ease.
Of course, you can use Listnr for other voice applications, such as creating a voiceover for YouTube videos, podcasts, or audiobooks.

To start for free, click the “Get Started for Free” button on the homepage:
Sign up with Google.
Then create a new TTS Voiceover (I assume TTS means text-to-speech.)
Choose your workflow. For example, I have text that I want to convert to speech. Thus, I will choose the “Create Using Editor” option. (But you can also go with the PDF option or a URL to turn a web page to voice.)
Then choose the voice, style, and speed. Then copy-paste some text into the text field:
Then hit play to hear the voice.
Here’s a clip that I made where you can listen to the speech I just generated.
If you don’t like the pauses in the speech, you can change those with the “Pauses” feature. This allows you to make them longer or shorter and specify in which situations (such as on period, question mark, comma, etc.)
There are lots of voices to choose from in Listnr. They have just a bit funky names compared to the other tools I’ve tested…
But once you open up the voices menu, you’ll find more descriptive names for your AI voice actors. Just choose the one you like the most. (You can preview the voice by clicking the play buttons.)

If you are looking to create international voice content that stands out, you should try Listnr.
Even though there is no free version available, you can always try their free trial.
